Delivery speed, retention and final counts can therefore vary between orders, even for the same service ordered twice.

Stated refill periods are a commitment to attempt replacement, not a fixed outcome. Where a service is listed with a refill period (for example 30 days), that period describes the window during which we will attempt to replace drops on eligible services. It is not a promise that every unit will remain in place for that period. Depending on the platform's own actions:

  • some units may leave sooner than the stated period; and
  • in many cases units remain far longer than the stated period.

Both outcomes are normal for this category of service and neither constitutes a fault on our part.

No liability for platform-side action. OneSMM is not responsible for drops, removals, restrictions, suspensions or any other action taken by a social media platform against your account, channel, group, profile or content, whether that action occurs during or after the stated refill period.

No refunds. All payments made to OneSMM are final. This applies to:

  • completed orders and partially completed orders;
  • orders whose results later drop, in whole or in part, at any time, including before the end of a stated refill period; and
  • account balance top-ups, whether the balance has been spent or remains unspent.

Account balance. Funds added to your OneSMM account balance are credited for use on this platform only. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable to another person or account, and not returnable to the original payment method under any circumstances.
