1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using onesmm.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. onesmm.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Service Description
onesmm.com is an online platform that provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms. All orders are processed automatically through our system.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. onesmm.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed on the Service and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.
- Once an order is placed and funds are deducted, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet started processing.
- onesmm.com is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from fluctuations in service pricing.
- No refunds are available for orders that have been fully delivered. Refunds for unfulfilled or partially delivered orders are subject to onesmm.com's refund policy below.
One active order per link, per service. Do not place a second order for the same service on the same link while an order is still running. Overlapping orders cannot be tracked separately by the provider and may cause either order to under-deliver. Orders affected by this are not eligible for a refund or refill.
Do not order the same link elsewhere at the same time. If an order for the same link is running on another panel or service while your order with us is active, delivery and drops cannot be attributed correctly, and the order is not eligible for a refund or refill.
You are responsible for the link or username you submit. If you submit an incorrect, private, restricted or deleted link, the order is processed against what you provided and marked complete. No refund is available in that case. Check the link before ordering, and keep the profile public for the duration of the order.
Cryptocurrency payments. When funding your balance with cryptocurrency you are responsible for sending the correct amount, to the correct address, on the correct network. Funds sent to a wrong address, on an unsupported network, or below the stated minimum may be permanently unrecoverable, and we are not able to restore them.
Deposit range. Top-ups must fall within the minimum and maximum shown at checkout. Amounts sent outside that range may fail to credit automatically and may not be recoverable.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to unfulfilled orders. Once a service has been delivered — in full or in part — no refund will be issued for the delivered portion. Refunds are credited to your account balance, not to your original payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not offer cash refunds.
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered at all within the specified timeframe.
- The order was only partially delivered, the remaining quantity cannot be completed, and a refund is issued solely for the undelivered portion.
- A duplicate order was placed by mistake before processing began.
No refunds are available for completed orders. If the full quantity has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled regardless of satisfaction with the results, as delivery quality depends on third-party platform conditions outside onesmm.com's control.
onesmm.com reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or use of third-party accounts that have been banned or restricted.
Cancelled orders are returned to your account balance only. If an order is cancelled — by us, by a provider, or automatically — for any reason, including a discontinued service, an invalid or private link, a platform restriction, or a provider running out of stock, the amount is returned to your account balance. You are free to spend that balance on any other service on the platform. It cannot be returned to your original payment method, and cancellation does not entitle you to a cash refund.
Account balance top-ups are final and non-refundable. Funds added to your account balance are credited for use on this platform only. Whether spent or unspent, they are not redeemable for cash, not transferable to another person or account, and not returnable to the original payment method under any circumstances. Please add only the amount you intend to spend on services.
Chargebacks are prohibited. Because balance top-ups are final and non-refundable, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Opening a dispute instead of contacting our support is a breach of these Terms. It results in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance, and we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount together with any fees charged to us.
Refill requests. A refill request must be made within the refill period stated for that service. Once that period has ended, the third-party platform data we rely on to verify a drop is no longer available, and the request cannot be processed.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Placing orders for content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.
- Using the Service to engage in fraud, spam, or any deceptive practices.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reselling or redistributing services purchased from onesmm.com without prior written authorization.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service beyond its API.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.
8. API Usage
If you access the Service via our API, you agree to use it responsibly and within the rate limits specified in our API documentation. onesmm.com reserves the right to suspend or revoke API access at any time without notice.
9. Third-Party Social Media Platforms
onesmm.com provides services in relation to third-party social media platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any social media platform. You acknowledge that:
- The use of our services may be subject to the terms of service of the respective social media platforms.
- onesmm.com is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our services.
- Results may vary depending on the policies and algorithm changes of third-party platforms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. onesmm.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the permanence of any delivered service, as social media platforms may remove or limit metrics at any time.
Drop rates are estimates. Any drop or retention figure shown in a service description is an estimate based on recent behaviour, not a commitment. Actual drop can range from negligible to total, and is determined by the third-party platform rather than by us.
How the refill period is measured. A refill period runs from the moment the order is marked complete. Time taken to deliver the order does not extend it, and a refill issued during the period does not restart it. Refill covers only the service and quantity originally ordered.
The engagement we deliver is promotional, not organic. Followers, likes, views, members and similar metrics obtained through the platform are supplied to increase visible counts. They are not a guarantee of genuine audience interest, comments, clicks, sales or continued activity, and should not be presented to third parties as organically earned. We follow advertising-disclosure principles and expect the same of our customers.
Refill and guarantee periods describe an attempt, not a warranty of permanence. Where a service lists a refill or guarantee period — for example 30 days — that period defines the window during which we will attempt to replace drops on eligible services. It is not a warranty that every delivered unit will remain in place for that period. Depending on the actions of the third-party platform, some units may leave sooner than the stated period, and in many cases units remain considerably longer than it. Both outcomes are normal for this category of service, neither constitutes a failure on our part, and neither entitles you to a refund.
No guarantee of outcomes. We select and list the best-performing providers available to us, but we do not guarantee any specific result, engagement rate, retention rate, search or feed ranking, monetisation eligibility, revenue, or business outcome arising from any service purchased through the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onesmm.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to onesmm.com in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless onesmm.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the onesmm.com platform are the exclusive property of onesmm.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written consent.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Termination
onesmm.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, any unused balance may be forfeited at onesmm.com's sole discretion if the termination is a result of a violation of these Terms.
16. Account Conduct and Dormancy
One account per person or business. Additional accounts created to reuse free trials, promotional credit or level discounts may be merged or closed, and the associated balances forfeited.
Lawful use of funds. By adding funds you confirm that they come from a lawful source and that you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit us from serving you.
Dormant accounts. If an account has no login and no order for 12 consecutive months, we may close it and any remaining balance is forfeited. We will email the address on the account before doing so.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include changes to third-party platform policies, APIs or enforcement; the failure or withdrawal of an upstream provider; payment network outages; and network, hosting or infrastructure failures. Where an order cannot be completed for such a reason, the unfulfilled portion is returned to your account balance in line with Section 6.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where onesmm.com operates.
19. Changes to the Service
onesmm.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
