onesmm.com is an online platform that provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms. All orders are processed automatically through our system.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. onesmm.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed on the Service and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.
  • Once an order is placed and funds are deducted, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet started processing.
  • onesmm.com is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from fluctuations in service pricing.
  • No refunds are available for orders that have been fully delivered. Refunds for unfulfilled or partially delivered orders are subject to onesmm.com's refund policy below.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to unfulfilled orders. Once a service has been delivered — in full or in part — no refund will be issued for the delivered portion. Refunds are credited to your account balance, not to your original payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not offer cash refunds.

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • The order was not delivered at all within the specified timeframe.
  • The order was only partially delivered, the remaining quantity cannot be completed, and a refund is issued solely for the undelivered portion.
  • A duplicate order was placed by mistake before processing began.

No refunds are available for completed orders. If the full quantity has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled regardless of satisfaction with the results, as delivery quality depends on third-party platform conditions outside onesmm.com's control.

onesmm.com reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or use of third-party accounts that have been banned or restricted.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

  • Placing orders for content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Using the Service to engage in fraud, spam, or any deceptive practices.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reselling or redistributing services purchased from onesmm.com without prior written authorization.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.

  • onesmm.com is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our services.
  • Results may vary depending on the policies and algorithm changes of third-party platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. onesmm.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the permanence of any delivered service, as social media platforms may remove or limit metrics at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onesmm.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to onesmm.com in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
